If you're itching for an iPhone, there's no need to wait in the line yourself. With summer temperatures rising on the East Coast, why swelter in the heat? Hire a line sitter!
A check of craigslist found scores of individuals willing to stand in your stead at the AT&T Wireless and Apple stores fortunate enough to have the latest wonder from Apple-dom on their shelves.
Fees range from $50 to $200 (or best offer) to lease a human being to stand, sleep, sit, engage in hand-to-hand combat with line-cutters or whatever else is required to acquire your sparkling new iPhone.
Though I know it is hardly new, I think this whole line sitting thing has promise. Maybe it should be part of Web 3.0 - LineSittr? Seriously, leasing a line sitter at DMV would be nice. Or how about those ridiculously long lines at Disney World. Now that would be worth some serious money.
