Google Web Elements Make Popular Google Apps Available by Copy and Paste

Google has just released Google Web Elements, a collection of popular Google Apps including Maps, Conversation, Custom Search, Calendar and YouTube News, among others.

Until now, with some exceptions, integrating these elements into a website would have required programming of varying degrees of complexity. Now with Google Web Elements, all that is required is a little customization and then copy and paste, much like embed code for a YouTube or similar video player.

While these little guys are promising, they still seem a bit buggy based on our tests. Like other cloud-based offerings of Google tools, we think this one will only get better.
